Mags has a Masters Degree in Theatre Studies and has taught as a University Lecturer in Dance and Communication Studies in England. Her studies in Dance include Laban Movement Analysis with Joan Russell, Body Mind Centering in Amsterdam, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen’s first European Programme and Pilates with Body Control Pilates Association, London.
Elsa Maishman
Elsa has been practicing Body Centering Pilates for six months and she is able to perform the warm up and most of Level 1, a significant achievement for a twelve year old.
Rosanna and Diane Davison
Diane and Rosanna (Miss World 2003) have been practicing Body Centering Pilates for six years, two classes a week in the studio and a considerable amount of practice at home. They continue to enjoy learning and appreciate the positive impact Body Centering Pilates has had on their physical and psychological well-being.
