Body Centering Pilates Founder
and Movement Consultant

Body Centering Pilates draws together three areas of expertise: Pilates, Body Mind Centering and Laban Movement Analysis.

Mags trained in Pilates with the Body Control Pilates Association (UK), she studied Body Mind Centering in Amsterdam with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and Laban Movement Analysis with Joan Russell.

This unique fusion of disciplines has proven to be highly successful.  Body Centering Pilates raises body awarness and balances muscles.  The information exchange between the body and the mind develops a fresh attitude to the body.  Body Centering Pilates improves core strength, concentration, and strengthens, elongates and balances muscles.  It's overall effect is calming  and leads to the efficient use of the body's systems.

"I felt SO much better after the class on Monday.  A bit like a car that has had a good service and lots of oil on the joints!  Even my physio remarked on my remarkably healthy and mobile state.  So thank you for such a lovely class."
